Double You is operated by Beltech Corp Holdings, a Delaware C-Corp registered in the United States, with offices in Lisbon, Portugal and Brooklyn, New York. You can reach us at legal@getdoubleyou.com.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate information. You must complete biometric liveness verification to enroll a clone — we do this to confirm you are cloning yourself and not someone else.
You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure. If you suspect compromise, rotate immediately and email safety@getdoubleyou.com.
Your clone
Your clone is yours. You own the model artifacts trained on your face, voice, and writing. We hold them on your behalf — we do not use them to train models for anyone else. If you delete your clone, the artifacts are purged from training and downstream systems within 48 hours.
How you may use Double You
You may use Double You for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to violate our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits — among other things — impersonation, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, and content depicting minors.
Content ownership
You own every piece of content your clone produces. We grant ourselves a narrow, non-exclusive license to host, transcode, and deliver it across the platforms you connect — that's it. You can export everything, delete everything, and walk away without losing your archive.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits don't expire for 60 days. Top-ups are non-refundable but transferable to next month. See Refund Policy for details.
Termination
You may terminate any time from Billing. Your archive remains accessible for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Warranty + liability
Double You is provided "as is". We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. Our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the last 12 months, or (b) $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow this cap; in those, the law applies.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll email you 30 days in advance. If you don't accept, you can terminate without penalty and we'll refund unused time.
Plain English: we try not to surprise you. If we do, you can walk.
