The 14-day window
Within 14 days of your first paid subscription, full refund, no questions. Email billing@getdoubleyou.com with your account email and the words "refund please". We refund within 5 business days.
After 14 days
We prorate. If you cancel mid-month, we refund the unused portion to the day. Annual plans: we refund any complete unused months.
Credits
Unused credits don't refund as cash, but they roll over for 60 days. Top-ups are non-refundable but transferable to subsequent months.
When refunds do not apply
Three cases:
- If your account was suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy
- Credits already consumed by generations
- Chargebacks issued without first contacting us

Email billing@getdoubleyou.com from your account email. Or use the contact form with subject "Refund request". We process Mon–Fri.
Plain English: if you change your mind in two weeks, we give it all back.
