How long does training take?
Identity training (face + voice) is ~6 minutes. Style training runs in the background as you feed knowledge entries — the score climbs the more you feed.
Do I need to film myself?
Once. Sixty seconds of audio, one photograph. After that — never again. The clone films itself in any scene.
What if my face changed since training?
Re-train in two minutes. Upload a new reference. Your old generations stay accessible in the gallery; new ones use the new face.

Can the clone speak in my voice in other languages?
Yes. Voice timbre ports across 29 languages. Writing style ports cleanest in your native language and English; we surface a confidence score per language.
Can I generate videos as well as images?
Yes — up to 60-second video clips with synced lipsync. Each video clip costs 4 credits.
Can I describe a scene that isn't in the presets?
Yes — Studio accepts free-form prompts plus optional reference photos. Drop a photograph of a place you've been and the clone goes there.

Which platforms do you support?
TikTok, Instagram (feed/reels/stories), YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, Threads. We handle each platform's API.
Does it adapt the same content for different platforms?
Yes. The Calendar auto-formats per platform — vertical / square / horizontal, captions, hashtags, hooks. One generate, six posts.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes. Set autopilot to "Hold for review" in Settings. Each draft hits your inbox; you tap ✓ or ✗.

What is a credit?
One credit ≈ one image, one ~10s video clip, or two minutes of voice. Credits roll over 60 days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. After that, prorated. Read the policy.

Can I delete my clone?
One button. All face, voice, and writing data is purged from training and downstream models within 48 hours. You get a signed deletion receipt.
Is this just a deepfake?
No — a deepfake is unauthorised. A double is consensual: built from your inputs, owned by your account, signed cryptographically, watermarked C2PA. See policy.
What if someone tries to clone me without my consent?
Report it. We respond within 4 business hours. Biometric liveness verification gates training, and we run continuous monitoring against impersonation.
Where is my training data stored?
Encrypted at rest in EU-Frankfurt (default) or US-East-1 (optional). Never used to train models for anyone but you.
